Hi All
I am currently restoring a 1955 split screen (See Restoration Projects)
There is no wiring in the car at all so I have nothing to follow when putting in the new loom.
I have tried to find a colour coded wiring diagram without success and if any body can help with this it would greatly appreciated.
I need to get a regulator and fuse box yet but it would be good if I could run the loom through the car while I am waiting for these to arrive
All help is greatly appreciated
Pete

Right I have sorted out what wire is what
But -and there is always a but - where does the loom run. I have worked out what goes through the bulkhead by the regulator and down to the front lights. There is a plastic sleeve on the loom that I believe runs down the gearbox tunnel - BUT where does it re-enter the car??
I am assuimng that on the original floor pans there would have been an entry hole which I will need to drill out - or am I completley off track
All help and advice appreciated
Pete

There should be a hole in the boot floor to the right of the diff. The left trafficator wire goes across next to the bulkhead through the guides, the tail light wires run around the inner wheel arch. There are also wires for the number plate light, fuel tank and the right trafficator.

Thanks Mike
I didn't look that far back as the plastic cover only goes halfway. I think I might find some protective covering for the rest of the loom

Pete,
Can you include a general location where you are? There might be someone just round the corner who could help!
