I imagine this has been said before but I could not find it in a search:
When removing the W/wiper assembly for repair, when re-installing the assembly, the driver's side (RHD) gear is installed BELOW the cable. The passengers side gear ABOVE the cable. This is ONLY for "clapping hands" wipers.
Reverse on LHD cars.
