Don't get carried away....... There are many good cars out there - no need to rush your choice. Do you have anyone knowledgeable about these cars to go with you ? And - make SURE it has a FULL new MOT before you agree to buy.

Don't you feel a 'sicky' coming on......... Just joking!! It's not something I EVER did in all my working life. But it was handy to have 'flexi' for those urgent days off!

Don't go thinking that an MOT means a car is actually sound and in good condition.
That's how cars with thin metal patches welded on top of other rotten thin metal patches can keep passing MOTs until the owners tire of paying for "welding" every year.
Make sure you see any advisories, and use them to lower the price too.
Rust is the enemy, and it is expensive to put right, you need to look beyond thick coats of clean shiny underseal to what is actually underneath.

Hiya. I was excited when I saw my car for sale. Another guy was very interested and had first dibs on it (he declined as couldnt restore it, little did he know). I was still convinced it was mine. Just don't be disappointed if you don't end up with it.
Out of interest where abouts are you?

That's the spirit.
This years rally will happen again next year, and you can get there how you like.
Let your head rule your heart on this one, cars, like houses and partners are the bigger decisions in life, and shouldn't be taken under the influence of hormones!
