1950 Gascoigne Grey

Post by Laurie »

I have a wonderful lowlight that looks to me like Platinum Grey but as this colour wasn't available in Sept 1950 when the car was built, I believe it should be Gascoigne Grey. However, I cannot find any picture references to this colour. Can anyone help with a picture please?

Also if anyone has a split rear bumper for sale I would be very interested.

Thank you. Laurie

Have you looked at the photos of Mike Gott's car in "Member's Cars" Gallery, 1952. There may be others in the Register Galleries

Thanks Mike. That's good news. Looks like mine. I was worried that mine had been painted Platinum Grey. Guess they are similar. Cheers
