when i push my front passanger wheel slightly it knocks, the drivers side dosnt do it,
its not the hub so could it be something to do with the trunion, should i greese it and see if its stops

Try it with the bonnet open and see if the shock absorber bolts are loose.
You should grease the suspension at regular intervals as a matter of course, unlikely to be any kind of a cure for knocks.

I agree - if it's knocking - it needs new parts (bushes/trunnions/kingpins) - not just greasing. Although - damper bolts loose are certainly a (dangerous) possibility!
