Traveler update

I finally got a chance to work on the traveler today so it is now ready to get registered. After installing the new 1275 transmission and clutch it seems to shift and go thru the gears just fine. I ended up using the 1275 transmission with the 948 clutch and fork but with a 1275 throw out bearing, this combination seems to work perfect. Many thanks to everyone who helped with my many transmission questions, this forum is great.
I can now drive it to the motor vehicle department and get it registered. The only thing that they look at is the VIN #. You can burn 5 quarts in 300 miles, have bald tyres and rust up to the windshield but they will still give you a registration, strange but true. It’s a great little car and I have attached a couple of pictures to prove it is a small car. The other car is my 1957 Continental Mark II, the rear bumpers are lined up. The Continental is a two door weighing in at 4,800lbs. but with a 368 cubic inch V8 motor and it needs it. Both cars are great for different reasons and part of automotive history, thanks again for all your help.[frame]
