I have 2 morris minor mm sidevalve 918 engines one is for spares or repair it turns freely but has sat idle for many years and is oiliy and rusty looking but is complete £150

The other is fully rebuilt and had been trial fitted back into the car with the gearbox £500 (both are the water pump type)

There is a fully restored mm shell 2 door which the rebuilt engine was fitted to which is also for sale

Any chance of a pic to show the rebuilt engine? Has it been rebored and has it had a new flywheel ring-gear?

What year is the bodyshell and are there any photos please?

Can you tell me if the waterpump sidevalve engine has the same crankshaft as the non waterpump one?

The early and late engine crankshafts are the same but are different from the Morris 8 crank which has no counter balance weights and also have a different rear oil seal to the WD generator crankshaft
