Anyone going this weekend 10th 11th july, or does anyone know if there is a autojumble at this event, If there is I could do with some cut price parts for my pickup restoration project. Clutch kit, wiring loom, brake parts you name it I'll be looking out for it.

According to their website

http://www.ardinglyvcvshow.org.uk/

there is a giant autojumble and bric-a-brac over 5 acres. Looks like a good day out

I plan to be there and arrive before 10am, so I can get into the classic car parking.
Look out for a ropey (several shades of) Green 4 door, and a rough Blue van with a White roof.

Smashing Day out even if it was very very hot. Lots to see, lots to smell (steam, love it or loath it, you can smell it) Harry and I peer enviously at a restored pickup

Great show, highly recommended.
Did you manage to get a cylinder head?
There was a very tidy one in a tin box that looked liked it had new valve guides etc. £35 which sounds reasonable.
I got some nice video of the motorbikes going round the arena which I'll post to you tube when I get some time.

Marky you must have eagle eyes, didn't spot that, then again I'm a autojumble rookie. I didn't spot any morris 1000 parts I needed. loads and loads of Austin 7 stuff though.

Well there is good news and bad news, the good news is I took a picture;[frame]Image[/frame]
And the owner lives in Tunbridge Wells.
The bad news is that I haven't got to grips with my new phone and it hasn't saved the contact number I got for him.

What possessed Palm to put Windows mobile on a phone :( .

Here is my car in good company with the motorbikes, the fun fair and the beer tent in the background.[frame]Image[/frame]
