High tension Lead's

Which H T Leads are best,Copper, Silicon,Carbon? Or with a minor is any old lot from the usual suspects ok ?
Am looking for reliabilty,Tried looking on prev post's without finding and appologise if this has been covered before !

Copper core - but may need to fit suppressor caps. The 'silicon' refers to the outer insulation - no doubt a good thing - but not essential on the Minor since (unlike the Mini!) the leads don't often get wet.
