Cannot access the mesageboard forums

Hi we are new members and have no problems logging into the general apges as my computer logs us in automatically. However when trying to access the message board forums we can't unless we verify our detail again - once this detail entered it wont allow us in saying wrong username or password ( numbers) entered- can you by any chance confirm our username and password in case I am remembering wrong. Thanks
