Twas a hard, hard winter, icles froze on bits of me that shouldn't have. And that was in a garage with metre thick walls! Twas a hard, hard winter, brass monkeys died in our farmyard, well, bits of them did, which is why there are no baby brass monkeys.
But but, but, lavishing all the care one does on a beautiful --- um, er -- wel;l you know, I have awakened to Summer with an MM which is shorety going to pass her test. She will pass or I shall demand blood from the revonooo!
Electrics all work, traficators performing beautifully, to the excitement of my lady wife --- stop it, I'm making the jokes, don't read it --- she prefers semaphore to any bloke who flashes. Winking is for the weak and feeble.
Twas a hard, hard winter but now Jemima, brakes done, bodywork right --- since when did any lady have bad bodywork? --- especially those of the 1952 vintage. Good year for Burgundy, a Chambatin that is, and for the real ladies of the Morris World, the side valve MM.
Yes I am biased, but so are both my ladies, it's bius this and bius that! And what is more it was these two hands even at my age, that managed to light Jemima's headlights.
So this coming week, Jemima visits the surgery for the final part of her reincarnation. SHE is the car that I courted my wife so many years ago, luck! -- of course luck, I would never have dreamed I'd get my hands on a a young dolly bird at my age. But I did, and:-
1. Thanks to everyone who hold to their heard the same dream as do I and encouraged me when the hard, hard winter was freezing my fingers, --- told you not to read in things that weren't there.
2 I cannot name everyone who has helped, the list would be too long, but thanks to all, may this year and all following years, -- have you noticed they seems to do that, years following years I mean, just like a young bloke hasing a ---ummm.
3 Can't upload pics at the moment my camera has gone of stroke, every sine the election. Watch it, I said election and I am not Chinese. But I will let you all see her in her glory soon.
Psiteep/Robat.
