Long story short--I recently rebuilt a 1960 LH Gearbox (Traveller)and I want to use it in a '62 RH Traveller. Writing to see if it can be done and if anyone is aware of any conversion kits that may be available? Thanks, Lorenzo (NY)

Do you have a worn out RHD gearbox already in the traveller? If so I think it should be possible to swap the clutch release setup over to the new box. I'm guessing (NY) means you're in New York?

Yes, I am from NY---Northport, Long Island--about 30 miles east of NYC---not too many MM's here, but there is an old Riley down the street!

As Alex suggests - you should be able to swap over parts from the 'old' box to the 'new' one. Just sit them side by side! Would actually be good if you could take pics of the differences - and the 'swapping' process!

Since I have not done this before, I should be able to use the front cover from the old RH gearbox/clutch and use it on the LH gearbox in converting the LH to RH? ---Thanks for your reply
