I live a bit further west in Pembrokeshire - about three quarters of an hour's drive from Ammanford.

How heavy is a gearbox? Could I get it safely in the back of my Peugeot 307?

Not THAT heavy in my opinion - can be carried by one person.

Yes, they are pretty light, but they tend to be very dirty so take some bin bags or something to line the boot and keep it the right way up in case there's still oil inside.

Since everyone thinks a gearbox is quite light, and I should be able to get it into my car, then if you want to pm me, you can give me the details. I can probably pick it up in my Peugeot, take it home, then you can organise your courier to come to my house and pick it up. Working from home, I can be flexible about when it's picked up - as long as it isn't Sunday, it's my busy day!!

IT's only Seven months to go.
