front wings!

hi all i plan to remove the bumpers on my moggy but i want the wings to meet the bottom of the front panel so it doesn't look like i've simply ripped the bumper off and left it.i've been told i could cut the wings and lengthen them,or fabricate some steel to join at the bottom.does anybody if you can buy such a panel? other choices include chopping a beetle wing (rub my hands together) and joining it to the bottom of my wings,any info would be great,thanks
