Flywheel spigot size difference between 1098 and 1275

Just curious, as I have been tinkering around a bit with various A-series bits recently...
When you fit a 1098 flywheel to a 1275, as some have in order to keep the standard gearbox, you re-drill for 6 bolt fixing. I have just realised that the spigot hole in the 1098 flwheel is larger than that of the 1275, therefore your only location would be the 6 bolts. Has this caused anyone any problems, concentricity etc??
