Have recently bought a new, slightly modified, saloon as a project to do over the summer (will post up some pictures when its light) But cant identify the rear axle? Hope someone else can :) (sorry about the poor quality photos)
The drums appear to be 8". The studs have been bent as it was sat on wrong wheels, so cant identify the pcd but appears to be approx 3.8" but obviously more likely to be 3.75" 4" 100cm etc [frame]Image[/frame]
Other distinguishing feature are two large 'rings' at approx 45degrees to the axle line. And there are some other metal brackets at the end, although obviously these could be later additions.[frame]Image[/frame]

that looks like an ital / marina axle to me 3.75" pcd.. if you are running standard steel wheels, a photo might help identification

Certainly not Austin - they are narrower. Could be Ital - something like that - it's not my area of expertise I'm afraid!
