As a matter of interest does anyone know the degrees between the graduation marks on the vernier adjustment on a 25D4 dizzy?

Sometime, somewhere I've seen a figure for the range of adjustment from the vernier.
I can't actually remember the number but it was small, I'm thinking 5 degrees from one end to the other, could be less.
You could get and idea by using a timing light and estimating how much the mark moves over the whole range.

Cheers for that suggestion. I would have thought that the graduation spacing would have been published somewhere.

In the manual it reads '' each graduation at the point shown by the upper arrow represents an approximate timing movement of 5 degrees. This is equal to 55 clicks on the adjusting nut''

Good grief - anyone have the patience to count clicks??? Doesn't matter anyway - what does matter is PINKING! Just advance till it pinks - then retard slightly. It's then optimized for the conditions you have.
