Morris Minor Owners Club

Hi we have just bought our first moggy "Daisy", well its my wifes really but it will be me thats fixing and looking after it! She is a 1968 2 door 1098cc in old english white with red interior and rather quite nice. I am already a bit of a classic car nut as my pride and joy is a mk2 Escort so I am usually playing with that also. Anyway would be good to know of others in my area Notts/Derbys etc.

HI Jon, Nice to see more locals and both of the clubs mentioned are rather good. Am a big fan of the MK2's aswell, my best made has a standard 4door, nice and easy to work on too, like the moggy. Hope to see you driving around too

The east midlands branch is great, do try and make it to their meetings, however they are no longer meeting in the magpie they have now moved to the nurseryman not far away on derby road.

Im from Notts too. Ive been restoring a 66 2 door 1000 for about 3 months with the help of the guys at East midlands morris minor restoration.

I seem to spend longer looking for parts than anything else!
