Ital main seals

Hi all, can anyone advise. After taking my ital engine apart for a full recon, I removed the rubber main front and rear seals. The gasket kit I bought only had cork seals. These I fitted (after soaking over night). They now both leak. Does anyone know where I could get rubber seals from. I have seen the 1275 main seal upgrade but have read they are a problem to fit and can also leak.

These are just the sump end plate seals I think? The cork ones should be fine, provided you left them 1/4" long at each end so they compress as you bolt up the sump.

Maybe the cork ones should be fine but they are not I followed the instructions and cut them oversize. Rubber ones must exist because I took rubber ones out but cant find any info at all.
