i have been offered some 6 x 13 wheels from a mini,will they fit my 68 moggy? any info greatly appreciated

Mini wheels are 10". Do you mean Minilites? These are 13"?

the wheels were fitted to a friends mini,just wondered if they will fit coz i can have them cheap

Dont think the offset is suitable on mini wheels to fit a Minor..

The pcd will be correct - but as others have said the offset will not be right. It would likely take a LOT of spacers to get them on - but why not try them - and see what's involved. And yes RQ - I'm afraid over the years the Mini has suffered first 12" and then 13" wheels. 
It handles best on 10" wheels though!
