East Surrey Minors (Google ESM) sell them, as do several others. I'd go for the inertia reel ones (ACC104 ESM part no), that are Securon 500/45 types I think. The inertia reel has to be mounted so the seat belt goes out vertically, so you fit them to an existing mounting at the base of the B post (you might have to poke around in the carpet to find it if yours came without one fitted), with the second mount up on the B post level with your ear. If your Trav doesn't seem to have a captive nut hole visible in the upper position take off the wooden section covering that area and you should find it underneath. You then just need to drill a hole in the right spot in the wood panel. The kits come with generic diagrams that are some help.
The other part of the belt (the one with the lock on the end) again should bolt to an existing captive nut on the side of the handbrake tunnel. Sometimes these captive nuts are gone and just the hole remains. In that case you can buy the captive nut plates from ESM as well (ACC 106B)

P.s. they also stock the rear inertia seat belts if you need them (children?) these come in 2 lengths (saloon and traveller) - select the longer ones which are more comfortable to rear passengers in the traveller as they have to come over the back seat.
