The weather was wet at first but the sun soon came out as did a lot of visitors to Cardiff when we pulled up outside Cardiff's City Hall with Blue Lights and Two Tones going. I even managed to get a quick photo of my car as it was taken over 42 years ago (without the Blue ribbons).[frame]
