wilmot breeden calormeter????

hi there, my gran found a calormeter when having a tidy out and she gave it to me and i was wondering how can i find out what car it came from, it has a pat and reg number on it, my gran thinks it might have came from an austin, can anyone please point me in the right direction on how to find out, cheers, stevie.

Calor"i"meter's used on many old "vintage" cars. Austins would be just one of them I guess. WB were based in Birmingham (Camden Street, Hockley), so a trawl of Google might throw up some more info....
