No need to worry about speed rating for a Moggie

I just bought 2 x Toyo 155/14/80 from Black Circles fits the standard wheel fine and the Toyo seems to be quite a good tyre

thanks for the offer
but a fresh set of rubber would be good.
roughly about
£123 for budgets from esm
and £133 toyos from bully both for 4
is this a resonable price and which ones to go for??
is their anyother places cheaper (want value for money)??

155/14/80/S is perfect for the standard rim. Compare the price with Black Circles £43.02 (fitted and delivered including valve and balance) unless you are going to fit them yourself could be a good option.

The best size for the Minor is actually 135/14. My Traveller has these on the front and the steering feel and turn in is nicer than when I have the 145 sized tyres on the front. Sadly, 135's are not available. I would use 145's as these also feel better to steer than 155's. Yes, the 145's are a little more expensive, but if you put new tyres on your Minor they tend to last so long (provided the tracking is ok) that the tyre eventually cracks due to age or has an unrepairable puncture before the tread wears out.
Bigger tyres are not necessarily better, despite modern trends.

155s are fine - just inflate them to 30 psi!
