Morris Minor Owners Club

Hi I have just received a phone call from a chap who's just bought a Morris Minor and would like to join our happy band of folk. At this moment in time he's without internet and would like an application form.
Q.could I print a form off for him using the new membership link? or can somebody send me an application form for me to pass onto him.
