Web site slows

Does the web site freeze up on anyone else seems to have been worse today but was also the same on Sunday & Monday?

I have had pages loading very slowly, and posts taking over 30 secs to submit

I am having the same problem for the last few days and it also seems to be switching off Bitdefender Antivirus on me
