Strolled past a lovely daily driver in Ely at the weekend. Proudly wearing its scars.

I was hoping I'd spot the owner but sadly I didn't

Spotted yesterday in Salisbury.
The first in London Road park and ride car park Minor with Weller style wheels on the rear and no front passenger seat.
The second on London Road roundabout (exit from park and ride) near the BP garage a Minor with Maroon wings and wide wheels. I gave the driver a thumbs up.

Or rather spotted on the morning of October 12th, on my way to the Dentists.
A pristine condition 1959 Traveller that I had never seen in my local area before.
Is taxed and MOT'ed (rare).
I have lifted a couple of frames from my Nextbase Dashcam to show the car - taken at the junction of Sandy Lane and Fernhill Road in the Fox Lane area of North Farnborough, Hampshire.

The Reg number is 23 KPK
If the owner lives locally to me, I'll try to trace him/her and get them to join the local group.
Very lovely looking car.
George.

Actually spotted on TV, while catching up on Endeavour from last month.
Episode 2, there's a Minor Driving School car.
This season is set in 1971, so you'd expect a late model Minor ....
The car they have used is a 1961 S3, so perhaps a little old to be a 1971 Driving School vehicle...
And it's a NI plate in 1971 Oxford....

But what threw me, and had me reaching for the Rewind on the remote, was the faux Split Screen appearance.
As the car is seen elsewhere in media without it, some fool at the production company might have thought it a good idea to add a line down the windscreen.

Lots of other issues with Registrations in the programme, like '73 plates in 1971!
