Avatars are not available on this board. If you want to upload pictures, use the 'upload picture' facility found on the 'post' page

You managed to upload a picture for your signature!
There's a similar facility when you post a reply to a topic

Are they both .jpg or .jpeg files?
Your old phone may use an unusual format that needs converting for web site use.

To be honest after all the effort, it's a rubbish picture anyway.
Only joking, moggies look better in B/W.

cammy-p wrote:Question regarding the uploading of pictures , i was able to upload the black white pic yesterday but it wont allow me to upload any other pics from my photo albums any idea as to why ?.
The only thing diffrent is some earlier pics were taken by my old phone all recent ones by my digital camera ?
Well weird ...
Image size is the key to that one. The forum automatically resizes images to 640x480, but has a built in time limit. Really big pictures take a long time to resize, and will time out before they finish.
Camera phones will produce much lower resolution images than a digital camera (within reason - some modern phones have cameras better than normal digital cameras!), which is why you can upload some pictures not others.
Resize the image on your computer before uploading to the site. I use 'Microsoft Paint', but there are hundreds of methods.
