engine spraying
hi i know some people put bmc green engine paint into a compressor and spray the engine but what mixtures do you have to mix with it and how much to mix with
Re: engine spraying
Well - you don't exactly put the paint into the compressor!! You need a spray gun - and a source of compressed air (or other inert gas). Most cellulose paints would be thinned about 30 % with celly thinners for spraying. beware (no - nothing to do with CW!) - the mixture is HIGHLY flammable! Much easier to use a rattle can!
Bull Motif have 'Green Engine Paint' (they don't seem to do Gold for some reason
) in a 400 ml rattle can for £8 plus post.
