here is forward planning - i need to get the interior (carpets and piping) done for a wedding in june - any ideas for someone to do it, or can i do it myself?

and also good solutions to get marks off red leather seats please.

Carpet sets are easy enought to fit yourself. Buy a set of footwell mats as well to keep the wear off the carpets.
Newton Commercial sell the correct carpets for your car

As Mike says Newton Commercial sell the carpet sets (also available from a firm on ebay - can't remember their name). Newton also do replacement seat covers, either in leather or vinyl, which you can fit yourself to match your existing interior. Not cheap - but they do look good. If you don't want to replace the entire interior you can buy odd bits i.e. seat base, seat back. It's probably best to get them to match though. Any of the Morris suppliers stock these (ordered from Newton direct they take longer !)

If you know anyone who can sew, buy some heavyweight vinyl, unpick the originals and use them as templates to make new ones. Bit of a challenge but it can be done. It really depends on your budget/ sewing skills.

Best carpet available on the market today is Bull Motif's quality line, Good deep pile. and quality backing.

i have a set with preformed prop tunnel i think they were from newton commercial

my sewing machine cost 5 pounds.. the fabric cost 30 pounds the seat foam and straps were about 70 pounds if i recall correctly

Agreed, buy a bit extra fabric and have a practise first to make sure it holds together (i.e. not too big a stitch). It saves a lot of money and gives you a real sense of achievement into the bargain.
