Front suspension question.

Post by katy »

Reference to parts diagram on page K.2 of the BL workshop manual.
Where part # 51, spigot pivot - rear, fits into part # 43 lower arm – rear, is it supposed to be a tight fit? Or just a slip fit?
I took the torsion bars out to repair the center cross-member, and on one side it was loose and on the other side it was tight, like pressed in.
TIA

Should be 'snug' - what happens if you swap them side to side? But as long as the loose one is not rattling around -it will be fine.
