I'm sure I have seen a link in here taking me to a Youtube video of Tornado going through a station at high speed at night but cannot find it. I think the legend was Tornado bursting though ............
Can anyone help?

Many thanks, it's the second link down that I was looking for, the sheer spectacle of that engine at speed is fantastic.

Is it just me or does anybody else 'well up' at these fantastic sights and sounds! ( saw it in Colchester last year)

Maybe a tingle in the spine. What I find sad is that some of the fine people, who were associated with these machines (I know Tornado is new but it represents a bygone age) are dying out. As an example of what I mean, I recently heard that a former speed hillclimb competitor and champion driver, Roy Lane, had died. In many ways he was "Mr Hillclimbing" and had been around as long as I can remember. Very very sad indeed.
