Howdy people, long time no posts I know. Truth is i havent had much of a chance to spend time on the Moggy of late what with it being 300 miles away whilst Im at University!
Still, the snow has allowed me to spend a bit of time putting a few things back on. Im afraid a few parts I painted in the summer have been a bit affected by the sea breezes we get down here and might need a respray/touchup annoyingly. Still at least Im starting to put things back on, and luckily despite the major welding, everything seems to fit!

New 5 leaf springs fitted with all new shackles, shackel pins and poly bushes :D

Offside fromt suspension done, all with new poly bushes and new top and bottom trunnions, and of course the 9" wolseley brakes!

Just a few more parts to order and she'll have wheels on in no time :D

Nice work, youngun! With all those new suspension bits the car will drive and steer very well. You will be pleasantly surprised how nice a well sorted Minor is to drive. Reminds me of my convertible before I got him back on the road, i.e. shiny black paint underneath. Looked very good in the MOT inspectors pit!

Is that a new tie bar?? Have you painted it all in good old chassis black?? I would apply a good coat of clear waxoyl or Dinitrol or some wax undercoating as a final protective measure. Good luck with your studies.

Thanks john!

Yea the tie bar is new. Im going to cover all the new parts in clear waxoyl once the cars back on its wheels and everythings adjusted correctly. Im going to be terrified taking the car out for its first drive and getting the underside all muddy :x !!

Nice work! Looks like you have the poly pads as well as the bushes :D I like the idea of 'em (I have them too) never heard from anyone if they do actually make a great deal of difference though!
