Morris Minor Owners Club

Hello

Im new to this site, I have owned my morris for ten years now I dont use it that much but do enjoy a road trip now and again.
On my travels I always keep an eye out for other morris's, especially those that are laid up in a front garden or field,
I have attached a photo of a car i saw in Hertfordshire a few years ago which could to with a bit of tlc, I did manage to speak to the owner who said it was for sale, and had been there since 1960, has anyone else got any photos of other minors requiring some tlc![frame][/frame]

1960! Cricky, it couldn't have been that old when it was abandoned. It will take someone the best part of a weekend to fix!

The owner was a bit eccentric, he brought the car new, I think in 1958, and because he brought another car he just parked this one up and left it!
If you look at the picture carefully you can see the engine is sticking out of the front, I remember him telling me he had tried to move the car, which he did about 3ft but the engine stayed where it was!

Nothing a quick rub over with T Cut would not sort out. I wouldn't spend a whole weekend on it though
