It seems like a valid topic for dicussion. Something else to throw in the recycle bin. I recon that at least 50% of our recycle is junk mail and inserts.

Would be nice to be able to join in and moan but the postie has been too scared to come along my track since I had to dig him out on Christmas Eve

It's an application form for a spares catalogue... I'm sure more people would have complained if it was "in" the mag, as they don't want to cut their magazines to bits.

Actually, I was quite impressed to see it.
The Moss stuff for Minis and MG's has always seemed quite good (or it may just be that they had a decent catalogue...) and I thought it was a shame that something similar wasn't produced for the Minor.
Junk? I'm not sure. I didn't know that Moss were now selling parts and, when I get a moment, I'll certainly email off for a catalogue.

The MOSS development is rather new, and as any good supplier should, they've been in discussion with the owners club abut how to make members aware of them...

Not quite sure Ray, that the existing Minor specialists could afford the estimated £70 K to produce this type of catalogue.
Maybe the reason for their high prices is to recoup their investment in such an excellent catalogue, despite much of its contents being under the heading 'call' or in other words not in stock.
I'm quite sure that the existing 'good' suppliers are quite capable of deciding on how to target their prospective customers without the need to contact the MMOC.

I received my unsolicited Moss catalogue last month. As others have said, it makes a good parts book, but a lot of the items shown are not actually stocked. It also does not stock items unique to Series MMs

Look at the bottom of page 3 in Minor Matters there are 30 of them there for starters , or am I missing the meaning of your post.
Are you suggesting suppliers as per Moss of whom we were speaking or manufacturers , which is a totally different topic, or are you suggesting that in the list of 30 suppliers that none of them are 'good' ?
