HI. the drivers door catches on the wing, whats the routine for door alinement. thanks

First try and move the door to check for wear in the hinges
If no real wear is visible it means something else has moved, look for possible corrosion at the base of where the hinge mounts - it might move as the door is pulled up & down.

It could be the wing that is wrong - what are the door frame gaps like around the rest of the apperture?

found the problem. the bloody hinges were all loose
