Need to transport a Car from Southampton to Derby

Post by Derbyman »

Can anyone recommend a good vehicle moving company as I have purchased a car in Southampton and need to get it back to Derby?

Well, I do live 6 miles from Derby, and I do have the right kit, and even though I don't do it commercially any more, I have helped friends...

If you're interested, PM or Derby 872450.

www.shiply.co.uk

I've used a company called movemymotor from there (based in Aldershot) and found the chap to be very efficient and friendly.

Go down by train - and drive it home ! Remember to take your recovery membership details with you. Just get 100 yds along the road - and 'breakdown' ! They will take you home.
