I suggest an email to the Chief Concours Judge requesting a copy of the minutes of the meeting under the Freedom of Information Act if necessary

If I recall correctly (and I'm sure someone will be quick to correct me if I'm wrong!), there was a brief mention of Concours at the AGM along the lines that a new Concours 'information pack' had been produced and would be provided to all branches. I think other discussions took place as part of the Branch Meeting in the morning?
Charlie - aren't you a member of the Herts branch? If so it might be worth you (or your friend) contacting them to find out if they have received the details.

Thanks for the suggestions folks, 'My friend' is branch chairman & reigning grand master so I guess he will have to be patient until the pack is sent to branches.

Grand Masters... don't think I could go there! I achieved Masters Class once in a car I used every day, but once was enough. Life's too short to clean the underside of the wiper motor with a toothbrush only to be told you've missed a bit.
Me and the dogs are happy in our very muddy trav these days, with Newton Commercial comfy seats and disc brakes. I did hoover it out a bit this morning, and washed out the doggy bit and leathered the windows... then the dogs got in and I wondered why I bothered.
