Rear end wobbling/shaking at 45mph

After renewing springs, all suspension bushes to poly, all wheel and differential ball bearings and a recon steer rack.

Now when traveling at 45mph, the rear end wobbles like jelly. Any ideas what it could be the problem. I've wheel balance all the steel wheels and found that one in the rear is badly out of shape when spun. Could it be due to that? But it is the same wheels as before i did the work in 1st para and it did not happen before. Could it be after those work, the car is more sensitive?

Please advice?

Sorry but I havn't worked out yet how to quote from a different post
I had a problem with the car pulling left all the time tried lots of things then BMC told me to try the rear spring perches on the axle as they have been known to become detached. This was definately my problem Post was in Mechanical title (Pulling Left). No doubt Roy will be along soon to explain properly

Might be, swap the bad wheel for the spare or known good wheel and see what happens. plus re check all nuts and bolts

Someone here had a similar problem and it turned out the halfshaft wasn't seated on the hub properly.

rear is badly out of shape when spun
Says it all really.
Now you have taken all the play out of the suspension you can feel what was happening all along.

Yep, ditch that wheel/tyre before it ditches you. Hope your springs are still holding up well

can it be due to the differential gear? or maybe driveshaft off by a degree or so?

what other reasons there might be? as this only happens when i reach 45mph

Swap the bent wheel for a known good and see what the effects are.

As above the likelyhood is that the "slop" in the old suspension allowed the wheel to wobble without it being too noticable now you have new suspension its taken up all the slack
