Polybushes

A couple of friends have replaced their rear spring bushes recently with Green coloured polybushes and both of them are finding a harshness that wasn't there before (admitedly the rubber ones were past their sell by date) and also inspite of using some white grease during assembly both are experiencing creaking/groaning noises from the bushes.
I haven't come across Green ones before and wondered if anyone else had experienced a similar issue.

Presumably the Bull Motif ones. I recently fitted a full set to my Traveller and have had no real problems. Suspension is a bit harsher but it really is worth it just changing the tie rod bushes alone did wonders for the handeling. It would have been nice if they had come with a tube of lube as they do from JLH. I used white grease as well but I probably haven't noticed any creakes as the rattles drown out the creakes

Depends on the properties of the poly bush itself. Superflex are a self lubing bush, but still require / benefit from assembly with the correct grease. I believe that Bully's bushes are the correct 'shore' rating, but may just have different marterial properties.
There are a lot of pretenders to be the best poly bush manufacturer but having sampled most Superflex have my vote.
