Well - for obvious reasons - I know nooothing about Minor discs! But I agree - they do look small and the calipers are tiny !

It's quite a fancy 'shaped' bracket for the caliper mount - does anyone recognise it ? Also the caliper has 'type 16' - which may be a Ford ref ?

ATE Type 16 claipers were fitted to Ford Cortina's but Girling type 16's were fitted to TR4 - 6. The threads should confirm which one if there are no manufacturer markings.....

These are the Triumph calipers and will have metric threads....

That's an idea - they would indeed be 4" pcd!

Hi All Cheers for the thoughts.Heres mine a mog wheel wont fit the studs are to close together ,The caliper doesnt look like one i have which is reputed to be from a marina. The caliper mounting bracket looks very like a marina bracket and the hub looks very like the hubs i had on a mk2 escort and i aint got a clue about the disc itself but it looks nothing like a marina one i have could it be of a midget as suggested by the Disc brake Guru ???

Cheers

Wrong stud size for a moggie though.

Dunno how you can judge stud size from these pictures! But - if it doesn't fit Minor wheels - what use is it anyway? Do you have wheels that DO fit the pcd ?

My reply was about the Viva sizes because their wheels have been fitted to Minors in the past and although they have a 4" pcd the studs are a smaller diameter that the Minor ones so not really suitable on safety grounds.
