is it possible to fit twin indicator/wiper stalks to the minor if so witch ones?

I assume you mean one stalk with the multi functions?

I fitted an ex Triumph one on my wife's traveller, but there are many similar ones used on 60's and 70's Bl cars. Have a look at what is available on e-bay?

You will need to do a bit of re routing and splicing into the existing loom and also fit indicator lights to replace the Minor stalk light.
I used a couple of small LED green lights and fitted them at the base of the speedometer, one either side.

Late Mini ones should be failry easy to fit....

Doesn't one of the specialist's sell a kit that does exactly this.
