Does anyone have or know where I can get a screw on terminal (rather than lugar terminal) oil pressure switch and lead assembly that powers the dizzy/points. I have put a nice new loom into the traveller and dont want to start cutting off the screw on connectors for lugars already!!
I have tried East Sussex who I normally get most things from and they dont keep them.

Only the very early oil p switches were 'screw on'.

Try Club Spares, Minor Developments or Minor Parts of Oxford.
If it is a Lucas part try The Electrical Parts Company. tel 01584 811118.
They stock practically everything Lucas.
Series MMs did not have a pressure switch so you are looking at SII onwards.

How about cutting a slot in some small brass studding then soldering it to the Lucar connector?

Make sure the heat doesn't travel down into the switch !

On one of mine I had a similar problem and rather than modify the original loom I drilled through the spades an used small brass nut/bolts to hold the loom on the connector.
