Most of the suppliers who advertise in Minor Matters can send aerosol cans or touch-up pots; if you need bigger quantities then any automotive paint supplier should be able to help.

Halfords will mix up an aerosol can while you wait if you don't need much. It should be on their system under BMC (or maybe it was BLMC).
