Does anyone know where I can get hold of Malcolm Motler who had the fantastic Spellbound Morris Minor Drag Car pictured? I really would like to know where the stepside rear was made and how.<br>

if you can get it look out for a copy of custom car 1993 August issue
it has Malcolm's pick up featured .
the wings are Chevy step-sides which where scaled down to complement the pick up bed .
it is a superb pickup and on my wish list

thats because the pic has been taken just as it was launching off the line
see how the side wall of the tiers are creased and the front wheels are off the ground .
it is a pro street racer
the article (back in 93 ) says it was running low 13s @101 mph
i think it will be doing a bit better by now .
BMC ...
the black pick up you saw on sunday was not as quick as that

I know, but it was quick enough, although no match for my expertly driven TR7! Was just surprised it didn't turn off the Bypass at the A71 junction ??
