another postcard -(also found in a car booty a few weeks ago )this time of Chipping Campden , there was no date on this one - but the stamp is a 8d...<br>

there is a nice tea room next to that austin van (blue) called the bantam tea room i can highly reccomend it

8d postage?
I remember a stamp being 4d in the sixties. The picture looks like the early sixties to me. When did the mini van come out? And there is a Wolseley Hornet and Hillman Imp all with black and white plates.
Perhaps the sender put the wrong stamp on!

It's a sad picture really - all the cars are British.

why is it a sad picture because all the cars a british. unless you mean its sad because there arent any british cars being made anymore
