Hi all am trying to fit the door frames but when I isntalled new rubbers for the quarter windows, the quarter window just won't go in place! :S the first problem is , the rubber that goes between the proper quarter window frame and the glass seems to not fit well leaving a bit of the glass at the top and bottom exposed at the back, then when I tried to put the qurter window in the door frame, it seems that the bottom parts rubber, where the pivot is, is too thick and leaves the quarter window too high for it to align with the hinge :S anyone else had similiar problems? Thanks

u need to push it really hard to get the quarter light down far enough
have teh hinge part screwed to the quarter light, then feed the other part of the hige through the top part of the rubber and then u put the quarer light in the hige and push it all in the frame
easier to do than explain sorry

well what do youi know!! it worked!! Thanks Dennis you made my day!!
i did I think as you said, but to ease things I unscrewed the top parts of the frame and pushed the quarter window in, then screwed the top part of the frame again, the bottom part of the frame , had to push really hard to align the holes and now im sure that as soon as I'll reopen the qurter light it will move out of place again!, do you think leaving it for a day in scorching sun to soften the rubber would help?

the quarter light will be held down in place by the top hinge
it should stay in place
