Traveller window leak!!!

My traveller is leaking a lot of water through the passenger side rear window. I have taken all the interior trim off and had a look at it and can't see how to sort it. It's like the water is going under the glass and up and over the other side. The wee channel in the wood is there for it to drain out but my rear passenger foot well is always filled with water. Any tricks and tips to sort leaky windows???

Make sure the drain holes in the waist rail are clear

There's a thread here which explains how to clear the drain holes:

And this one might be useful:

Check on the state of your window channels (the black bristle edged channels that the glass sits on.) If these are worn water may be penetrating into the car. Also are the bolts that shut the window actually closing the window completely against the "B" post - check that channels here are ok. What condition is your front door draught rubber in as water can get into the back floor from here if this isn't a good fit.

Have you also taken the interior fillet off from the runnerl section as there should be a dum dum seal between them and at the B post end it sometimes dries out completely and allows water in, any chance of posting some pics up.

If the timber is getting wet - don't expect it to last long! Travellers really need to be kept indoors.
