Interesting stuff from Denmark.

I've just been to the site of Nordisk Morris Minors in Denmark, and they have some developments which members may find interesting.
Firstly, they are producing a fibreglass fuel tank for the Moggie, which seems like a good idea to me. Made of the appropriate materials to resist petrol, the tank has a smooth, shiny, black finish, and looks good.
Secondly, the company is producing the crossmember to which the front shock absorbers are attached. They say they are doing this in anticipation of rust problems with this element, as Minors become increasingly old. The original is made with thick steel, but time takes it's toll on everything, in the end.
The company has a production operation in Sri Lanka, and the website is worth a visit if you've never had a look:
