First public outing - Trevor at Oxford Castle today

We were helping out with Oxford Open Doors this afternoon and they asked us to bring Trevor along for display.

There were quite a lot of people around - lots of tourists. The Japanese were lining up to have their pictures taken with the cars.
We'd heard that there were going to be other minors there but as it turned out there were just two other cars, an MG TD and a very impressive Isis Six.

It's been an interesting day. As I was polishing Trevor this morning, a neighbour from the end of the village wandered by, saw the car and stopped for a chat. Turns out he worked at Cowley for 36 years and built "hundreds of those". Then the postman stopped and started talking about the split screen saloon he had in his youth. Nothing like an old car to get people talking.
